A buyer’s premium of Twenty (20%) will be added to the hammer price of each lot and is payable by the buyer as part of the purchase price. The G.S.T. of 5 % for Canadian residents and the Q.S.T. of 9.975 % for Quebec residents ( or the H.S.T. for residents of the participating provinces) are also applicable to all successful bids as part of the purchase price. Lots are sold to the highest bidder. In case of dispute, the decision of the auctioneer will be final. all the lots are sold as is, please look at the pictures all lots have several pictures, if any question please ask before biddings, all purchase are not refundable
